SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. SHIPPING

We ship from Portugal, Europe. All orders are shipped via CTT Portugal Post (registered shipment with tracking information). The tracking number will be sent to you by email when the item is shipped.

 

Continental Portugal

3,45 euros (1 business day) 

Azores and Madeira

3,45 euros (2 business days)

These deadlines are indicative. For the Azores and Madeira, the deadlines may be extended depending on transport limitations.

 

Spain

5,50 euros (3 business days)

These are the indicative delivery times . The deadlines may be extended depending on transport limitations.

Europe

5,50 euros (about 3 business days)

These are the indicative delivery times for the main destinations and the deadlines can be extended depending on your country's transportation limitations. Countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance and thus these delivery times may be extended.

Rest of the world

9,80 euros (about 5 business days)

These are the indicative delivery times for the main destinations and do not include the customs clearance time, if necessary.

 

Please note there may be delays during promotional periods and holiday seasons.

 

We offer free shipping for all orders over 100 euros.

 

Please ensure to correctly enter all shipping details as we cannot change them once your order has been confirmed. If the order has been dispatched with incorrect details, you will be responsible for re-distribution costs once the parcel has arrived at our office. 

 

Any additional customs fees, duties and taxes are at the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any abandoned parcels that are returned are not eligible for a refund.

 

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges if you are not happy with your purchase.

 

Returned Products must be unused, washed, undamaged and with the hygienic protection, packaging and tags intact. We advise you to try the products with your underwear. Returns attempted without satisfying all of the aforementioned conditions, will not be accepted. 

 

Items must be returned within 14 days after the product has been delivered to you.

 

Before making the return please send us an email to info@kinbeachwear.com informing that the item will be returned or exchanged indicating the following information: name, contact, shipping address, order number, product you want to exchange/return and its size.

 

The client is responsible for the chosen shipping method of the returns. We advise you to choose the registered shipment with tracking information. Unregistered shipments that are not delivered to us cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

After receiving and accepting the returned products, we will refund you or make the exchange within 14 days. Please note: the value of shipping costs will not be refunded and the shipping costs to send to you the new product will be charged. We will send to you our bank details, so you can pay the shipping. If the item is of a higher value we will also send this amount to be paid. After receiving the payment proof, we will send your order again.
